Destination Marketing BSL (DMB) is a specialist ‘hands on’ sports marketing and lifestyle events consultancy. DMB provides event development and project management advice, business and partnership introductions, as well as sponsorship, marketing and PR activation around events for Brands and Destinations, Rights Owners and Event Managers in the British Isles, mainland Europe, Middle East and Asia.
In the past 20 years Gerry's hands-on event format experience includes - Olympic, professional and amateur class sports in disciplines such as: - adventure sports, corporate teambuilding (Intelligent Sport), cycling, track cycling and mountain biking, running, rugby, sailing, skiing and snowboarding, inline skating, surfing & windsurfing, triathlon and multi-sport lifestyle festivals. as well as national and International roadshows, conferences and workshops for B2B sector.

Conscience
Insight News Television (INTV) is an experienced producer of multi-award winning, humanitarian led, documentaries and television news features, with secondary operations in the distribution of factual television for independent filmmakers and training in film craft. Whether through experienced reporters or the characters in our films, INTV aims to bring the audience closer to understanding new perspectives through firsthand accounts. The challenge at INTV is to make informative news features and films from around our world about vital issues and to make then interesting. One good example was our documentary ‘Cry Freetown’ which was the inspiration for the Oscars’ multi award winning film ‘Blood Diamond’ where INTV were technical advisers to Warner Bros. INTV was established in 1991 by three Irish people living in London - Ron McCullagh, Bernadette Masterson and Gerry Dawson.

Gerry Dawson
An Irishman abroad, Gerry D lives in Brighton, on the South East Coast of England. Coming from a large Irish family (eldest of seven children), he is still a frequent visitor to Ireland, particularly the West Coast. Each month he can usually be found in an airport lounge or checking out the duty-free, port and chocolate bargains, whilst incorporating his DMB business activity into an active, travel orientated, social life.
In recent years, he has developed in-depth knowledge of jazz clubs and blues bars, cult film clubs, European cycle routes and surf spots. Rumour has it that one of these days (years?), he may even participate in the occasional triathlon, endeavouring to keep up with a younger sister!
